Frenchie Toquée bakes delicious made to order French pastries for all the sweet tooth out there

5 little things we love – July 2020
Who doesn’t like a good French tart or cake? That might sound very cliché but when having friends at home or when invited at friends for dinner, I do love ending the meal with a proper dessert. My fav is by far the lemon meringue pie, but I can also hardly resist a chocolate tart. And I’m definitely fussy but I only love my dessert when it is homemade and baked with love. The trick is, I have neither the skill nor the patience to be a baking queen so need someone to do the work for me, someone like Pauline from Frenchie Toquée. A certified pastry chef, Pauline bakes and delivers fresh cakes, tartes and entremets to bring a nice sweet touch of homemade French pastries straight to your home.

Hong Kong Madame loves: the signature Lemon Meringue tart and the addictive Chocolate Praline tart with its thin crunchy layer of praline right under a dense yet smooth chocolate ganache.
