Get ready for a taste bud sensation as BaseHall 02, the vibrant sister venue to BaseHall, is kicking off its first-ever National Dumpling Week. You'll have the chance to savor exclusive dumpling menus crafted by their acclaimed vendors, including the MICHELIN-recommended Ah Chun Shandong Dumplings and the spicy delights of Hot & Meen by Chili Fagara.
 
Ah Chun Shandong Dumplings, famous for their family recipes and handmade dumplings, will introduce a brand new, exclusive menu featuring innovative creations such as the squid ink sauce and cuttlefish dumplings, all priced at just HK$55 for 5 pieces. Hot & Meen will set your taste buds on fire with their Sichuan-style chao shou dumplings, offering flavours such as Wagyu beef and Vietnamese herbs (HK$108 for 6 pieces) or chicken chao shou (HK$83 for 6 pieces).
 
 
What's more, ceramic brand A Freaking Dumpling will be there with a pop-up stall, where every dumpling sale contributes to Feeding Hong Kong, their non-profit partner.

Join two-Michelin starred Arbor in celebrating its 5-year anniversary with a special dinner menu that pays homage to its cherished dishes over the years. Blending Nordic and Japanese traditions, the anniversary menu begins with a stunning Nordic sushi, featuring pickled Kohada fillet and Swedish new potato salad. The abalone tart combines sushi rice, abalone liver, and seaweed, reminiscent of the esteemed Finnish Karelian pie. Delights continue with Hokkigai clam poached in sake, rabbit "meatball" skewer ramen with Hojicha infusion, and slow-cooked Kinmedai with homemade kimchi sauce. The grand finale is Genmaicha caviar, a dessert masterpiece that reimagines "Gunkan sushi" with caviar, genmaicha, and mocha elegantly encased within a delicate wakame tuille.

For two exclusive nights on September 9th and 22nd, you can groove to the rhythms of live tango performances by Let’s Tango and Otro Tango Dance Studio.
