What’s your Christmas dinner staple? Mine is a roasted turkey with perfectly crispy skin and tender meat. Any other turkey lovers out there? Whether you want a ready-to-cook or already cook turkey delivered to your doorsteps or are in the mood for dining out, I’ve rounded up some very crispy options for you.

SoHo Californian laid-back restaurant is offering a festive set starring a whole turkey throughout the entire month of December. Herb smoked and roasted, the turkey serves 6 to 8 people and comes with sourdough gravy, plum and cranberry sauce, grilled brussels sprouts and kale with chestnut butter and crispy bacon, smoked duck fat roasted potatoes, pork apple and sage stuffing, honey and miso glazed roasted heritage carrots and parsnips and cheddar and jalapeno cornbread. Still hungry? Smoke apple pie with salted caramel custard is coming your way.

For the very first time, the restaurant group is offering a Christmas menu available for both delivery and takeaway that will bring you all the fixing for a merry holiday season. Crafted by chef Braden Reardon of Carbone and Buenos Aires Polo Club, the Christmas Delivered menu comes with a choice of main: Oven-roasted turkey breast (sliced) and confit dark meat served with spiced cranberry sauce and rosemary gravy or spice-glazed Christmas ham.
 
Whichever main you choose, it will come with mashed sweet potato, roasted brussels sprout, green bean almondine, mac & cheese, root vegetable gratin and parker house rolls. You’ll also have to make a choice for your sweet ending: baked apple crumble or chocolate chestnut buche de Noël?

A very gourmet option, the traditional slow roasted butterball turkey from Four Seasons Hong Kong serves 10 persons and comes with a variety of sides – braised red cabbage, glazed chestnuts, brussels sprouts, sweet potato and yellow pumpkin mash – a cornbread, bacon, sage and thyme stuffing  and a decadent giblet gravy. Now that’s a proper festive dish!

Another luxurious option is the juicy roasted turkey from The Mandarin Cakeshop. Available in both 10 kg and 7kg versions, it comes with stuffing, cranberry sauce, gibet gravy, roasted carrots and roasted potatoes and promises a juicy feast.
 
Available for delivery or pick-up between November 16 and December 26. Last order to be placed on December 19.

Another Michelin-star awardee, Roganic will be serving a festive menu celebrating its British heritage with the star of the show being, well you would have guessed it, the turkey. Juicy and slow roasted, it will be served with all the trimmings as part of a Christmas menu that also includes caramelized chestnut soup to start, followed by prawn cocktail with pickled celery and dried tomato, then the turkey and a decadent 70% chocolate fondant and finishing off with a Christmas inspired mince pudding.
