Freshly opened at brand-new The St. Regis Hong Kong (here  to rediscover our review of the hotel) and led by Michelin-starred chef Olivier Elzer, L’Envol is the latest French fine-dining address in town. 
The set lunch features a choice of First Courses, Second Courses, Main Courses and Desserts focusing on fresh seasonal products. 
Hong Kong Madame’s lunch order
- First Course: Grilled tuna 5 spices, crushed avocado, crispy shallots
- Second Course: Burgundy snails “au pastis », cherry tomatoes, chicken mushrooms
- Main Course: Sea Bass in “gremolata” butter (+HKD 60)
- Dessert: L’Envol cheese platter (+HKD 60)
Hong Kong Madame loves: the open kitchen allowing Chef Olivier Elzer to interact with his guests, the amuse-bouche platter served even with the lunch set, the cheese cellar and the beauty of the room.

Opened a bit less than a year ago, Statement is a showcase of elevated British cuisine, echoing Hong Kong’s colonial heritage while also displaying some of the more avant-garde culinary directions found in London today.

- Starter: Isle of Skye scallop carpaccio
- Main: Signature Aberdeen Angus roast beef carved table-side, Yorkshire pudding, gravy 
- Dessert: Cinnamon set custard 
Hong Kong Madame loves: the cocktails menu, yummy and perfect if you are looking to truly treat yourself, and the carving trolley oh so British.

Unlike the two restaurants above, Michelin Star restaurant Tosca isn’t a new address in town but recently took a yummy culinary shift under the direction of Sicilian awarded chef Angelo Agliano. The perfect place to treat yourself to a Mediterranean-inspired lunch  featuring premium seasonal ingredients sourced from Italy, executed with precision and finesse.

- Primi Piatti: Spaghetti with Hokkaido Sea urchin and fresh wasabi
