All day-dining concept Artisan Lounge is partnering with Michelin-starred restaurant Arbor to bring the concept of Khavi (coffee in Finnish) break to K11 MUSEA. Imagined by Artisan Lounge, savoury treats such as caviar cube, a mini brioche topped with caviar, or a refreshing avocado tomato charcoal tart invites you to kick off the experience with something refreshing. On the sweet end of the spectrum, chef Eric Raty from Arbor, and his wife, have crafted exquisite delicacies ranging from the classic Finnish Cake Ardor, a chocolate-buttermilk cake with raspberry, to the coffee-hazelnut sandwich.
 
Available every Saturday and Sunday, from 1 to 31 May 2021, from 11 am until 10 pm

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong: Tatcha Afternoon Tea

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong partners with Japanese skincare brand Tatcha to presents a Shinsei (aka Rebirth) Afternoon Tea to celebrate the launch of Tatcha’s Dewy Serum. Taking inspiration from this serum with breathes new life into your skin, Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan has crafted a series of treats showcasing the best of Japanese superfoods such as green tea, rice and red algae. Cue soft akita rice and Sakura jelly, uji green tea and azuki bean cake or Okinawa sea salt caramel chocolate crème with biscuits.
 
Available every Saturday and Sunday, from 1 to 31 May 2021, with a sitting from 2 to 4 pm and a sitting from 4.15 to 6.15 pm
HKD 688 for two except on 8-9 May when it will be priced at HKD 488 per person
For every afternoon tea for two ordered, guests will receive a Tatcha Dewy Skin Discovery Kit (valued at HKD 431) available on a first come first served basis

To all the chocolate lovers out there, GREEN at Hotel ICON is serving the chocolatiest afternoon-tea of the season with a range of both savoury, chocolate-infused, and sweet treats such as the spiced chicken dark chocolate ragout vol au vent, the chocolate foie gras and chestnut chocolate bruschetta or the roasted hazelnut chocolate tart. And because there is no such thing as too much chocolate (is there?), you can also bring home a box of LINDT chocolate.

The best Afternoon Teas to indulge on this month
With summer upon us, we are looking for a healthy summer glow and Kerry Hotel is partnering with preservative-free beauty brand FANCL to present an afternoon tea packed in antioxidant ingredients with treats such as the warm asparagus chawan mushi, the nori marinated salmon or the exotic chocolate cake with pineapple confit.
 
Daily from 1 May to 30 June 2021. Monday to Friday from 2.30 to 5.30 pm, Saturday and Sunday and Public Holiday from 2 to 6pm.

The best Afternoon Teas to indulge on this month
Rejuvenate this season with a teas-and-fruits-infused afternoon tea inspired by the key scents of bodycare brand SABON’s new Matcha Green Tea limited edition ranging from matcha to jasmine, raspberry and mandarin. Delightful creations include the slow-cooked salmon rillettes with caviar and matcha pancake, the Maine lobster and celery brioche and the jasmine tea cream with raspberry hibiscus jelly.

Crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Christophe Sapy, this takeaway experience available for pick-up or delivery, comes with signature Mandarin Oriental’s afternoon tea treats such as the 1963 Mandarin cheesecake, the hazelnut crunchy milk chocolate, the matcha éclair and mini-sandwiches including smoked salmon with dill or egg salad with cucumber.
