This summer, chocolate lovers are in for a treat at Conrad Hong Kong. The hotel has partnered with Italian chocolatier Venchi to plate up a series of cacao-forward delicacies and gelato. Delight your tastebuds with sweet treats such as a Piedmont traditional dark chocolate Bonet, orange and chocolate dome and a dark chocolate raspberry tartlet. Scones are served with Venchi’s chocolate paste and Suprema Nocciola with hazelnuts from Northern Italy an gelato flavours range from chocolate truffle and piedmont hazelnut to Stracciatella. As for the savoury items, Italian Executive Chef Claudio Rossi is presenting you with a spread of bites featuring the best of Italian ingredients such as vine tomatoes and pistachios served with pesto on ciabatta or Parma ham and Fontina cheese on saffron buns.
 
Are you craving for even more cocoa? Why not swap your tea for a Cocoa Tea Latte combining Venchi’s signature chocolate and black tea? Tea WG: Summer Afternoon Tea

Singapore premium tea brand Tea WG is bringing a refreshing twist to our summer with fruit-inspired canapes and desserts served alongside tea-infused sorbets and macarons. Canapes options include a brioche toasted with kaffir lime and coriander tossed with crab meat and Lemon Bush tea dressing and a trio cheese croquette with truffle mayo infused with smoky Earl Grey tea powder. As for the sweet bites, highlights are the Bain De Rose cheese cake infused with Bain de Rose tea and the mini Pina Colada tart.
