Sugo: fast (and good) Japanese food

Edit - January 7th 2018: this restaurant is now closed

If you really want some sushi rolls but don't have the time or the inclination to go to a Japanese restaurant, we have the solution: Sugo. Their tag line is 'Sushi to go', but sushi rolls are their main thing really.

You'll be able to get a packet of rolls for a quick lunch at work, to eat at home, to enjoy with friends or wherever you like! We recommend 2-3 sushi rolls per person and there are 13 different rolls to choose from: we loved the Ebi Ebi Prawn (prawn tempura and wasabi mayo); the Spy- Da (spicy soft shell crab) is pretty good too; the Salv-O (salmon and avocado) was good, but we would have preferred a slightly thinner piece of salmon! If you're vegetarian, the chef has designed two rolls especially for you too! Good to know that you can also get the rolls delivered- which is pretty handy for last minute work meetings or a spontaneous sushi supper!
