Who would know which number to call in case of an emergency?
Who would know what to do if a child were to choke? Or if he were to stop breathing? Or if he were to burn himself? And we’re leaving out even more horrendous situations. Granted, it’s not fun to think about but unfortunately these things do happen, and not just to others. Very few of us could intervene if needed and it’s a shame. We don’t want to be overly full of pathos or sound cheesy but all the same, it is a serious topic after all. And we are serious ladies! We’ve actually already tried and tested it: we’ve even saved dummies’ lives – it just goes to show. We participated in the “Family Zone” classes – lessons that focus on babies and children. Now we can react in case of a problem. What about you? Just face it, there’s no point in dilly dallying, get cracking and sign up!

The Family Zone also offers classes for domestic helpers. They walk away with a certificate at the end of the course but more importantly the capability of saving lives. And quite frankly, when they are in charge of your children, that really is quite reassuring…
