Parrot has launched Flower Power, a new plant "monitor" which uses genius technology to indicate how your plants are doing and what they need.
All you need to do is plant the gadget close to your flowers, vegetables, trees and bushes and then it uses bluetooth (connected to the Parrot Flower Power app which you can download to your smartphone or tablet. Every 15 minutes, the gadget records a range of factors like soil humidity level, light, temperature and fertiliser. Then it's up to you to take action based on the readings courtesy of the smart e- readings! it also features an unbeatable database with more than 6,000 plants, trees and vegetables.
