One-Michelin-Star Dim Sum in Causeway Bay

One-Michelin-Star Dim Sum in Causeway Bay
You must be thinking “What, another dim sum address?” Yes, another dim sum address! But not just any old one! This one, Ladies, has been awarded a star by the Michelin guide! We’re talking about Din Tai Fung, a Taiwanese restaurant chain. We are lucky enough to have two Din Tai Fung restaurants in Hong Kong; one in Causeway Bay and the other in Tsim Sha Tsui. The décor isn’t exactly sexy chocolate but the dishes are out of this world! Our favourites are the steamed pork dumplings but we also liked the Shao Mai shrimps that came in a prettily arrayed dish. If you like a bit of spice, order a plate of cucumber with chili and garlic. Delightful! The rice is also a good choice. When it comes to dessert, order the mini sesame seed buns. Really mouthwatering! The peach-shaped buns are also a beauty and quite tasty too. A great address to be tried and tested as soon as possible!
