Madame Digests – May 2022

Asaya Kitchen, the fresh produce and healthy Mediterranean and Japanese diets-focused dining venue at Rosewood Hong Kong, is partnering with the legendary Champagne house of Ruinart to celebrate art and epicurean experiences.

The work of Danish artist Jeppe Hein – Ruinart Carte Blanche artists 2022, which summons the four elements – earth/soil, water/rain, air/wind and fire/sun, essential to Champagne making has inspired chef Fabio Nompleggio’s to create a fresh menu of seasonal ingredients that pairs perfectly with the lively effervescence and crisp acidity of Ruinart Champagne.
