MOONSHINE: The tantalizing aroma of New Orleans
By Delphine

Does Cajun cuisine mean anything to you? In sum, this type of cuisine is a combination of seafood (oysters, shellfish...), different kinds of meat (especially chicken), all marinated in special spices and accompanied by a large variety of sauces. Then add a joyful atmosphere, great cocktails and you get right to the heart of New Orleans.

Moonshine is the perfect illustration of that. There, you can choose between the bar and its festival of bartenders working, long wooden sharing tables, or the soft armchairs and low tables on the first floor. In any case, prepare for a relaxed, easy going atmosphere.

The half portion of chicken served with coleslaw was great value. The wonderful aromas from the BBQ would make you want to order grilled prawns, pork chops, and steak, but reserve space for dessert. The hot crumble served with ice-cream is one of the best we have ever tried!
And the final bill? Like everything else, not bad. It would make you smile.
