"Alright, I'll come but I won't stay long- and I'm only having one drink". Yeah, yeah- we've heard that one before! We know just how it starts (and where it ends too!) One drink, then one more...then one more, and you're chatting along while you drink, so you lose count of the number of drinks! But aaaaaiiiiiaaaa, the next day you really suffer! While you're head is pounding, you tell yourself that you're never going to do it again!  So next time, why not follow our hangover cures to try to avoid the pain.* This hangover guide might come in useful for the party season, so read on...

-       Before
To line the stomach, have a soup spoon of olive oil (two if you're feeling brave). Yes, we know it will make you feel sick, but there's nothing like grandma's magic recipe!

-       During
Alternate between alcoholic drinks and water during the night. This will help you to avoid peaking too soon- and will help to avoid the killer headache the next day.

-       When you get home
Before you go to sleep, take some painkillers like 2 Panadol Extra and drink plenty of water.

-       When you wake up the next day
Whatever state you're in, take some more painkillers ASAP. Have a light breakfast with plenty of water and then have a good warm shower to help you freshen up.
And if you ignored all of our good advice and just did as you pleaded, you can get a quick fix thanks to this magical mixture: www.soberup.com
And of course you'll also need to drink at least 1.5 litres of water to rehydrate!

Following the guidelines and doing all of the above does not entitle you to have more drinks!!

* Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health and should be drunk in moderation.

Alternatively, you can also drink natural wine with limited amount of sulphite and great minerality.
No hangover the next day!
