No more excuses for failing to help the environment! With HK Recycles, recycling has just become as easy as ABC: A) Put the materials you want to recycle in a bag (paper, cardboard etc), B) Leave the bag at the front door and C) HK Recycles will take care of the rest … and they only charge $25HKD per week for the service. It’s just a matter of giving up one of your weekly coffees from Starbucks or Pacific Coffee, and putting that $25HKD towards helping a sustainable development. HK Recycles is a simple idea, but it goes a long way to helping the planet- just like the famous saying : “One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind”! As well as being 100% environmentally friendly, the organisation also works to strengthen and unite the HK community. They only employ marginalised people (mostly female victims of domestic abuse) and help to reintegrate them back into society.
