On the 31st March at 8.30pm don’t worry if the city is suddenly pitch back. No it’s not a blackout; it’s for a good cause! Earth hour, you haven’t heard of it? One hour for the planet, a symbolic hour to show your support in the protection of our dear Earth. Whether you are at home, at friends’ house or still at work, turn off the lights. In 2011, millions of people from 135 countries took part in this event. Imagine the break for our planet! This is not a « happening » but taking part in it is already the start of your implication in sustainability. Initiated by WWF, Earth Hour was set up to prove that everyone is able to act for the future of the Earth. One small gesture for you, one large leap for mankind. So, Saturday night, light a few candles and have a candle-lit dinner!
