Forget about burgers, that is SO last year! The new hype is the hamburgé or the burger “à la française” by Big Fernand, a new restaurant in IFC! We love the atmosphere, rustic fast food, long wooden tables, white tiles on the walls, not to mention the waiters’ cool old-fashioned dress code: moustache, checkered shirt, beret and apron. Food wise, it’s great. On the menu: “hamburgés » and « fernandines » (home-made fries) to die for and a drink. You can choose from beef, chicken, veal, lamb or even a veggie burger. The special touch that makes all the difference: the all-time favorite French cheeses melting on your meat (or veg): Tomme de Savoie, Raclette or Fourme d’Ambert.
