I must confess that I do love treating myself to something bubbly when comes the festive season (well don’t hear me wrong I can easily do Champagne all year long but I definitely cannot imagine a December without it).  And this end of the year is definitely meeting my expectations with Perrier-Jouët joining hands with Conrad Hong Kong and launching a range of Champagne-inspired delights and pairing menus this winter.
 
The star of this bubbly show? Newly released Perrier-Jouët Cuvée Belle Époque 2011.

You can decide to play it posh to the fullest (and I won’t blame you! We all need a touch of fanciness in our life from time to time) and pair your Belle Époque 2011 with Caviar Petrossian at Pacific Bar.

Looking for a foodie experience with some classy old school vibes? Nothing says decadent, yummy and vintage better than an Afternoon Tea if you ask me. I am always in for tea and scones, even more when I can top it up with Champagne. Head off to the Conrad Lobby Lounge for spiced raspberry and chocolate tart with Champagne cream, umami and lobster ragout in vol-au-vent, roasted pigeon ballotine … So yummy!
