Fekkai Shares Step-by-Step Guide to Getting the Hottest Spring/Summer Hair
On the fashion runways, it’s a season of extreme sideswept partings (Missoni, Prada), low slung pony tails (Vera Wang, Reed Krakoff, Rodarte, Jason Wu, and Victoria Beckham), wet hair looks (Gucci, Rag & Bone), and super straight hair (Donna Karan, Chloe). But from runways to street, three hair styles will likely dominate this coming season.
From free-flowing to subtly sculptural, the looks appear effortless yet elegant, a distinctive characteristic of Frederic Fekkai style. Fresh from the runways, here are the looks that shined and how to recreate them.
At Proenza Shouler, Alexander Wang and Michael Kors, models with seemingly untouched, untrimmed long tresses projected an unfussy carefree style. Hair appeared voluminous yet natural.
To recreate the look:

To recreate the look:
Step 1: Divide hair into 3 horizontal sections/ back comb top section for added lift.
Step 2: Starting at the top section, twist with a small amount of Brilliant Glossing Cream and pin into place.
Step 3: Finish with Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray.
At Diane Von Furstenberg, soft, touchable and ultra-sexy waves…made waves. While disco diva curls -- big and bouncy – rocked at Holly Fulton and Maria Grachvogel.
Step 1: Cleanse with Full Blown Volume Shampoo. Follow with Full Blown Volume Conditioner.
Step 2: Blow dry with a medium round brush, twisting the brush at the end of each section for added curl.
Step 3: Apply Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray to hair concentrating product at the crown of the hair.
