It's not necessary to be a cordon bleu to be able to prepare healthy, tasty food for the family! Here's today's little trick: Something Fresh ! Simply order the recipe which takes your fancy from the selection of vegetarian and vegan recipe choices, and you'll receive all the ingredients washed, chopped and ready to cook with. It's totally hassle free! All you have to do is put it all in a pan, and then the food is ready! You even get the satisfaction of serving up a 'homemade' meal! To help you make your choice, Something Fresh categorises their recipes into three groups: vegan / gluten free / low carb, and they even give you the preparation time for each dish. we tried the Quinoa, Cauliflower and Pea Curry which was a real treat for those who like a bit of spice (if you prefer milder dishes, just go easy on the spice pot). The Orange, Chick Pea and Fennel Cous Cous was a total winner too! The recipe choice changes every two weeks, so there isn't even time to get bored! Go on, try it!
