Of course, still remains the question of the design of the furniture. We don’t mind helping save the planet but there is no way we will compromise on aesthetics! For this, there is Nookha! You don’t know it yet, but that’s normal because the brand has just been launched! After years in the ruthless world of finance, Christine, the founder, decided to change careers and lean towards sustainability. She liked bamboo but wanted to work it in a creative way. She meets craftsmen in Indonesia, who are in the same mindset as her and who make the furniture by hand. Curved lines, emphasis on the grain and quality materials, the Atelier range seduced us! There is also the Design range with its coffee tables and decorative objects, which we rather like. If you would like to discover these collections, head to Chai Wan!
