Man Mo Café : new generation dim sum

December 9th 2013

A dim sum restaurant opened by a Swiss guy in the middle of Sheung Wan. Madness? Actually no, it's a touch of genius. This modern canteen is set to revolutionize the famous Hong Kong delicacy. You can sample some really good examples of fine fusion food- like foie gras or even scallop xiao long bao. We recommend the tomato & mozzarella, the burgerbuns as well as the foie gras. For dessert, don't miss the Nutella Balls - they're terribly good for you! If you're a tea fan, you should know that Man Mo Café is also the only place in HK offering Kusmi Teas. Just a note that the restaurant is in the early opening stages, so don't be surprised if you have to wait a little while to get served. What else do you need to know? Nothing- just try Man Mo Cafe ASAP!
