Asaya Kitchen presents the “Ruinart Carte Blanche dinner” experience

From 25 May until 12 June 2022

Asaya Kitchen, the fresh produce and healthy Mediterranean and Japanese diets-focused dining venue at Rosewood Hong Kong, is partnering with the legendary Champagne house of Ruinart to celebrate art and epicurean experiences.

The official Champagne partner of Art Basel, Ruinart gives carte Blanche to a leading contemporary artist every year and invites him or her to pay tribute to the Maison’s legacy. The work of Danish artist Jeppe Hein – Ruinart Carte Blanche artists 2022, which summons the four elements – earth/soil, water/rain, air/wind and fire/sun, essential to Champagne making has inspired chef Fabio Nompleggio’s to create a fresh menu of seasonal ingredients that pairs perfectly with the lively effervescence and crisp acidity of Ruinart Champagne.
