Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is celebrating French May with a French Gourmay Staycation

In Hong Kong, May is traditionally a celebration of everything French from art to gastronomy with French May festival. Francophiles rejoice! If French May had to be cancelled last year due to COVID-19, the festival is back. This year, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is joining  the festivities with an exclusive French Gourmay Staycation package inviting you to indulge in a four-course French dinner set against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour.
 
From the moment you check in, you have 24 hours to enjoy the facilities of the hotel, including its beautiful palm tree-lined pool and Waterfall Bar that will both transport you far from the hustle and bustle. With a complimentary upgrade to an Harbour View room, you can take in sweeping views of the Harbour from sunrise until sunset. Raise a toast to a well-deserved break with the two bottles of Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial Piccolo (200 ml) waiting for you in the room, together with sweet petit fours, before making your way to the pop-up French restaurant for a dinner featuring classic French fare such as beef tartare, lobster bisque and beef fillet mignon paired with French wines. Do not forget to book yourself some me-time and pamper with lavender-scented bath salts, a set of toiletries from Parisian luxury brand Balmain and French skincare by Lancôme.

La Rotisserie opens new outlet on Staunton Street

Opened on 26 April, the Staunton Street outlet brings a delicious smell of roasted chicken to the streets of SoHo. To celebrate the opening of its fifth outlet in town, La Rotisserie is adding the very French roasted duck breast to its menu for an extra dose of tender bird’s meat with crispy skin.

The Pontiac is lighting up the cocktail scene with a new menu

The recipient of both local and international awards, including 35 Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2020, rock ‘n’ roll craft cocktail bar The Pontiac introduces a new cocktail menu true to its gritty, and slightly punk, vibes. Venchi celebrates summer with launching a new gelato flavour every month
