Kerry Hotel partners up with Sweaty Betty to host weekend Yoga Breakfast Club this June

Start you day with a one-hour yoga session led by yoga instructor Tavia Jiang before enjoying a 90-minute breakfast with choices such as huevos rancheros, buddha bowl or eggs benedict. Black Sheep Restaurants plates up exclusive Monday and Tuesday night dinners this summer season

PLATED – Black Sheep Restaurants series of dinners available on Monday and Tuesday nights only, is back for another summer season and you can expect value-driven seasonal menus at Ho Lee Fook, Le Garçon Saigon and Maison Libanaise.
 
Golden Fortune – Ho Lee Fook’s PLATED exclusive menu priced at HKD 528, features some of the restaurant’s signatures such as the hand-chopped pork jowl and cabbage dumplings and the Chongqing chicken wings served alongside Head Chef ArChan’s new creations including the steamed live razor clams.
 
L’Été à la Maison is Maison Libanaise’s PLATED menu – priced at HKD 328, crafted by newly appointed Head Chef Teya Mikhael to showcase true Lebanese hospitality. You can expect warm pita bread, mezze such as the PLATED exclusive Labneh Bel Banadoura and a choice of mains inspired by the Lebanese tradition of summer barbecues.
 
Le Garçon Saigon welcomes Chef John Nguyen and celebrates summer with the Un soir d’été PLATED menu – priced at HKD 328, honouring the flavours of Vietnamese cuisine with dishes such as the Pho Onion Soup, a Banh Xeo and the 8-hour Braised Beef Tongue.

1:00 pm:
90-minute movement class by Andrew Cox – a trainer at Joint Dynamics
 
4:00 pm:
90-minute Gong Bath session with Cheryl Rodriguez, a healing therapist
