Christmas 2018 – Our 5 fav festive afternoon teas in town

December 10th 2018

Dr Fern’s Gin Parlour

Are you familiar with the novel A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens? In this one, Scrooge awakens on Christmas morning a changed man “Scrooge begins to treat everyone with kindness, generosity and compassion, embodying the spirit of Christmas”.

Dr Fern’s Afternoon Tea is an ode to this novel, inviting customers to embody the true spirit of Christmas and giving them the gift of generosity: Ginger Bread Cake, Cannoli with Rum Raisins, Red Wine Poached Apples.

Feel like pimping your afternoon tea? Why don’t go for the Gin & Tea (additional HKD 80), a warm and Christmassy mixture of Bombay East, passion fruit, lychee, orange, rose hips, jasmine tea, black tea and syrup.
