BCN

September 17th 2012

A Spanish restaurant to try ASAP! A large bar looking out into the kitchen, high stools and that’s it. So the place is small but very pleasant and welcoming. The menu follows the same idea: two menus are offered: Trip to Spain, or the Chef’s set. We opted for the first one, without regret. A real culinary trip. The dishes follow each other perfectly. We liked a lot the cold cuts and manchego platter followed by the three tapas. Special mention to the croqueta, which is wonderful. The foie gras is just as delicious by the way. The gazpacho gave our tummies a break! Because after more dishes, on to the dessert! And not any dessert. We still dream about these chocolate truffles ! Edgar Sanuy Barahon, the chef made our taste buds extremely happy!
