WeWork – The place that makes you wanna work

How do you feel about your office space? Not the fanciest place on earth right? Mine is not ugly, far from it, but it is definitely not a whaou place either. Don’t you sometimes feel like if the space had cooler vibes, beautiful view and unique design, you would feel more motivated on those gloomy mornings when all you wanna do is wrapping yourself in a duvet and sleep for at least 3 more hours?

WeWork  has just opened his newest space at Tower 535 in Causeway Bay and this is exactly that kinda place that makes you wanna go to work. Yes yes, such places actually exist!
I know what you are going to say … another co-working space, there are like a thousand of those in Hong Kong. Of courses, I haven’t visited them all but what I have seen there had me wanna rent a hot desk the next minute.

If you believe beautiful design inspires interaction and creativity then you can only love the Hong Kong’s iconic transportation inspired design thought by Miguel McKelvey, CCo and co-founder, in collaboration with Nelson Chow from NC Design & Architectures: art murals created by Hong-Kong based artist (photographers, lighting artists and illustrators), custom design furnishing, locally-inspired wallpaper, pantries modeled after traditional street-kiosks and neon street signage lights … each floor (there are 8 of those) is unique but with the same aim of encouraging people to enjoy the space, linger, meet and connect.

Oh and for those of you who thinks that it requires to be a startup-er or a freelance to rock in such a place, WeWork will definitely prove you wrong as they are also hosting SMEs and International Companies. A crazy beautiful place with an amazing view that gather together people from all industries, all functions but with a common desire of breaking the rules of traditional workplace to better innovate and achieve goals … where do I need to sign if I wanna move in?

Hong Kong Madame special tip: Rent is on a monthly basis so you do not have to sign for a 6 months period (or more) … what greater excuse to give it a go, just for one month? We are pretty sure once you get in you’ll never want to get out!
