I have few addictions in life but coffee is definitely one of those. I need my daily dose of caffeine, hot with a touch of milk (yes, all black is not my thing) in winter and iced with another touch of milk in summer. But iced coffee homemade never taste the same as when done by a barista. Why so? Because the capsules we are using at home are not meant to be used for iced coffee.
 
This June, Nespresso is launching two Limited Edition Grands Crus that have been specially crafted to be enjoyed as iced coffees!
 
Intenso on Ice is the most intense of them two. Cereal and cocoa notes with a creamy texture and biscuit notes.
 
Leggero on Ice is my caffeine crush. It has a light taste and some fruity lemony notes, absolutely perfect when comes the heat wave. The best way of drinking it if you ask me: as an iced macchiato.
 
  • Add ice cubes to fill up half of your glass
  • Add 40ml (1 capsule) of Leggero onIce coffee
  • Pour in 90ml of cold milk froth, then stir
