April & May are the best months to travel, so many Public Holidays! And then comes summer and I feel like is escaping busy Hong Kong whether it is for only one day or for a longer getaway. I like to think of myself as a Modern Explorer and what is the first accessory of a Modern Explorer? It’s luggage.
I must confess a deep crush on 19 Degree, the first aluminium collection of Tumi. The Rose Gold Suitcase is just so chic. But I can also definitely picture myself going a daytime adventure with one of the Spring 2017 Collection leather bagpack: the rock and chic Daniella one for example.

Cé La Vi ? Usually not the first place which comes to mind if you are thinking meditation, relaxation, yoga right?
But think about it: what can possibly be more energising than a lunch break practising yoga on the rooftop while soaking up sunny vibes?
I am now waiting eagerly for my next Wednesday Yoga practice!

Remember, after finishing my 3 days juice cleanse with Be-Juiced, I told you that I’ll be back at their shop to try their Açaï Bowls. Well, done! And I might have find the ultimate on the go breakfast (served from 8 am) to keep me going all morning.
A smooth base made of frozen açaï pulp blended with fresh bananas and freshly-pressed apple juiced that you top with a choice of granola (love it!), goji berries (for an extra kick of super food), bee pollen, blueberries, mango (for a nice sweet touch), coconut flakes … I am addicted to my new morning treat.
And if you are not in the mood for something solid but still looking for a big shot of vitamins and power food go for the Acai Smoothies.

I absolutely love L’Éclair de Génie new éclair using Veuve Clicquot RICH : a yellow éclair with the signature smooth and silky filling cream that always makes me crave for more and topped with citrus fruit.
Champagne is definitely my fav treat!
