Oh god I love summer! Junk boat, barbecues on the beach, long and lazy afternoon on my friends’ rooftops … always with a glass of wine in my hand (no I am not alcoholic, just French!). Am I the only wine lover out there? Pretty sure I am not so I have decided to partner with Vines & Terroirs and present you a wine selection to pimp up your summer.

  • For Rosé lovers
Can anything beat an icy glass of Rosé on a hot summer day?

La Vie en Rose (HKD 225)
Château Roubine. AOC Côtes de Provence.
A fruity wine with rich notes of black and red fruits.

M Rosé (HKD 175)
Château Minuty. AOC Côtes de Provence.
A refreshing one with notes of peach and orange.

Prestige Rosé (HKD 220)
Château Minuty. AOC Côtes de Provence.
A strong notes and some fresh notes of citrus.

Rosé Or
Château Minuty. AOC Côtes de Provence.
Intensively fresh!

  • For Red wine lovers

Because I know there are some bbq addicts out there and I must confess I do love my meat paired with a glass of red wine.

Beaumes de Venise 2013 (HKD 200)
Left in concrete vats during 15 days, this wine does not come into any contact with wood during aging allowing it to fully develop the characteristics of its region creating a fruity rounded wine.

Château Simard 1996 (HKD 250)
Saint-Emilion 1996.
Chocolate and spicy taste. The one that I am stocking up to pair with red meat and cheese.

  • For the other ones
Fancying something sweet or bubbly? They got you covered too!

M uscat de Beaumes de Venise 2013 (HKD 280)
Domaine des Bernardins.
A fruity sweet wine with a dry finish. I love it with a cheese platters or a fresh and summery melon!

Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru NVFrerejean Frere.
100% Chardonnay. AOC Champagne.
An exceptional champagne aged for 5 years in cellar and then disgorged with a very low dose of sugar to keep its freshness and purity. Because there is always something to celebrate during summer, right?

Brut 1er Cru
Frerejean Frere. AOC Champagne.

Cheers to summer!
