Summer holidays are around the corner. Time to start thinking about swimming suits, sunglasses and… holiday workbooks for the youngest. Not funny? Believe me, most of the kids love to learn. Personally, I had enough of all those « Nathan vacances » and other « Passeport » with the same topics, pictures, exercises every year. So, I tried (I should say my daughter tried) Cours-Troubadour’s workbooks, launched by a young French mother of 2, who used to live in Hong Kong.
All the family love them.
Each workbook is based on a story from the classical French literature, pictured and explained. All the activities refer to the story: logic, drawings, reflexion, maths, writing. The child attaches himself to the character, who come to life. It’s really nice. Pictures explain the difficult words. There are even some advice for the parents.
Made in France by social enterprises, with eco-friendly paper, they are delivered at your home. Childs are very happy to receive their « gift » by post mail. Learning will mean pleasure.
Unfortunately, there are only 4-6 years old ones for now. Can’t wait to see the new ones!
