Akrame: culinary oasis in the heart of Wanchai

February 17th 2014

We are under the spell of one of the newest restaurants in Hong Kong.

Even though the arrangement of space isn’t completely logical, we should recognise the little touches of the chic and simple decor. All in black, grey, photos on the wall and well thought lighting, it has a good vibe. We have a clear preference for the tables facing the open kitchen, so you can have a look at all the happenings… In terms of the dishes, a love story was born between us and the pumpkin soup; which was much appreciated on a cold day. We opted for the 4-course menu (you can also choose 6 courses). The medley of surprises begins … It was impossible to know what we were going to eat. But rest assured, everything is to die for.
